I recently checked my balance and the amount was high upon calling the call centre I spoke to a agent who informed me that I have subscribed to a service which I never accepted at all I have requested them to cancel this service with Intergrat that has been billing me since 1st of July witjhout my go ahead. I asked them to cancel this service and I have not received any joy the numbers they gave us 011 062 1400 this number does not ring or it rings but no answer at all. It seems that this Intergrat is part or a third party to Cell C even the content providers at Cell C numbers does not work either I would like them to stop this service and not they customers without they knowledge. Intergrat is a service that charges high prices and I am unhappy as this is illegal as I did not subscribe
