On querying my MTN acc in April 2013 I was informed that my 10 mgb was used in 2 days up as I subscribed for games on intergrat! Never heard of them before. I contacted Intergrat on several occassions and was told it was cancelled! MTN says it was never cancelled and Intergrat says it was!!?? Yesterday I was in touch with Cindy from Intergrat who assures me its cancelled. How can MTN NOT be able to tell me where my data has gone?? I was advised to cancel my contract (R860.00) to stop this happening!!! If I cancel my debit order they will blacklist me!!! This is just totally unacceptable and I want my money re-imbursed to me immediately as Intergrat says they never received any more funds since they cancelled these so called games. How can MTN not know what is happening!!! Sounds like a money making to me. My latest query ref for this problem is 101440557. I hope someone at MTN is interested in sorting this out.
