Unauthorized subscriptions

I have a Cell C data contract, each time i am online i get smses advising that i received a free video, because i know it's spam i do not respond nor follow links, but for some odd reason Intergrat subscribed my number for a service which according to Cell C costs R4.39 per day, what's worse is that i do not remember agreeing to their subscriptions and they have been inflating my bill every day with thihs R4.39 and when i called to ask how i got subscribed and for what service no one can explain except to tell me that it has been cancelled. cancellation is not good enough, I want my money back, if i wanted to subscribe to your services i would do it myself
