I took out a data contract with cell c and have been unable to use the internet to to poor coverage. I have been promised support and all I received was endless hours on hold with the call centre and no assistance as promised what so ever. A technician promised to do some tests and months later I am still paying for a service I am unable to use. I want to cancel both of my contracts with cell c and advise anybody against doing any business with cell c as they have the worst coverage and even worse service and support. I guess the next thing would be to cancel via cpa as I am paying for something I cannot use.
