Unlawful subscription deductions

This month I took the time to look at my bill as I received a paper copy for the first time in ages, and noticed that I am being charged R3 a day for intergrat which I have never heard of. I then went back and saw that it started 28 August 2013. When contacting Cell c I am told it is a third party service and I must contact them directly for a refund. I contacted them to be told I must have pressed 1 and not hung up the phone when they sent a voice message and that is how I subscribed. How can this be legal and how can a service provider allow this on their network and then abdicate responsibility. Vodacom has a double opt in system for these so at least they offer some protection to their clients. I am holding Cell C responsible! I AM NOT CHASING SOME UNKNOWN THIRD PARTY FOR A REFUND AS CELL C IS MY SERVICE PROVIDER AND THEY ARE ALLOWING THIS AS THEY OBVIOUSLY GET A KICKBACK, OR ARE PROBABLY A SHAREHOLDER. I
