I took a contract phone with MTN last year, which was then taken from me tuesday morning.
I then contacted MTN to have the phone blacklisted, and that was/ and is too difficult for all the call centre agents and their Technical team to do. I spent the whole day trying to contact MTN yesterday and no one could assist.
I WANT THAT PHONE TO BE BLOCKED AND I WANT THAT ICT NUMBER WITHIN 30MINUTES!!!
clearly customer service does not mean anything at MTN... it seems like no knows what they are doing there...
if i dont get feedback, I will take this further.!!!
