Deductions without policy papers and NO ASSISTANCE

MY dad recently had a stroke, and we now have power of attorney on his accounts. We noticed numerous deductions from his accounts, We then traced two deductions to Unlimited. I gave them a call explaining the situation and asked if they could assist me in telling what this policy was for and I was told that my dad would have to call in, What shocked me was they had all his details, I was only suspicious when they told me the posting address, We do not sent any mail to our residence, it all goes to a postal box, And if they posted mail to my residence, Were is it? The consultant told me if i need more details i must forward a mail, which she never gave me, and there is no email address on their site, just call centres. If my dad did take a policy with this company, Why not sent me the documents? he is very ill and if he has policies we need to know what it entails and what benefits he is recieving, since he is paying for these policies from 2003 and 2005. I feel that i was just brushed off, due to the fact that they could not assist in the proper documentation.
if there is no policy papers, we demand a refund!!!
