Double debit for the product that is not teken up

I was advised by one of Premier Advantage Card representative over the phone that I will be able to utilize my card with the credit that they will give me once it is activated. I agreed that it can be activated with the view that there will be some funds on it afterwards, but to my surprise they only R1.00 to utilize and then on the 28 of June i was debited with R199.00 in the morning and same amount in the afternoon.

I have tried to contact your call centre but it was impossible for me to get through. I did sent an initial email on the 04 of June to deactivate the account since i was only given R1.00 to utilize but no one came back to me but Marelize Kleyn had read my email as i sow it reflecting on my email. I then sent another email on the 28 June another one on the 01 July 2013 and to date no one has come back to me to explain how can I pay R400.00 for the R1.00 that Premier Advantage Card gave me as a credit.

I need this account deactivated and get my money back with immediate effect.
