I'm also writing to Hello Peter in an attempt to resolve my issue with Premier Advantage Card, that started with the first debit order of R199 on 06 September 2013. I've never heard of Premier Advantage Card or MOBIMOOLA before, before the debit orders started and I don't have a card with them or applied for one. MOBIMOOLA that also falls under Premier Advantage Card has debited by account with R300 last week. I don't know what to do anymore, I've contacted them on numerous occasions and sent an e-mail, requesting the voice recordings where I so called opend/authorised the account, but No one's giving me feedback. Also, after speaking to some of the consultants on these occasion, they could not locate me as an client when I provided my I.D. to them. If they can't pick me up as a client, where did they get my banking details and who opened/authorised the account??? PLEASE HELP, SO THAT THEY CAN STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT, FOR WHICH I DIDN'T APPLY OR AUTHORISED!!!
