Refund payment

After reviewing my banking statements for the past year I've noticed the numerous strange debit amounts taken from my account since June 2012. After enquiring at my local bank they informed that its a company called Platinum Credit Card Corporation (PC3) and provide me with a customer care contact number. I never gave them permission to debit money from my account or agreed making use of there services. I immediately gave this company a call and requested a refund. A customer care agent Olwethu explained that according to there records it reflects an account that's been cancelled last year June but there financial department never stopped the debits. I then emailed and faxed them my banking statements and highlighted these debits amounts and banking charges the following day. On the 30th of April 2013 I phoned the company to confirm whether they recieved the information and they confirmed a refund payment has been captured and logged to there financial department.By now it's 25 working days and no payments has been made. On the the 31st of June 2013 Elma Malan client care manager emailed me just to inform me a payment has been captured and it takes 21 working days.
