Funny how MTN never gets back to people. I have been complaining on and off for 2 months about our connectivity with our Router for internet and emails. The one day alone i called in 7 times. I have logged a complaint and requested for help. We have repeated the steps over and over again and then it works for a short while then we are off yet it shows we are on and that there is internet connectivity. THE BEST IS I have a reference dated 9 July 2013 and as yet have not had it resolved and same complaint... What useless service. This is now affecting our business and our frustration levels are now through the roof... Let's see if this will kick a fire up someone to actually help.
