Since the last week of November 2012, we here in Welgedacht, Springs either have NO network coverage AT ALL for days on end or very little and slow network coverage. The moment you connect it immediately throws you off. Some days our 3 MTN cellphones also do not have coverage. You can't make nor receive any calls. We went into the Springs Branch asking about the problems, we have phoned the MTN Call Center numerous times and the story stays the same: MTN is busy with upgrades. Now seriously??? Upgrades since end of November 2012? I pay R149 for my Internet Modem and and R427 for my 3 cell phone contracts per month. So that gives you a total of R576.00 per month I am paying for things I can't even use.
