BAD SERVICE

I purchased airtime yesterday via internet banking and the airtime hasn't come through yet. I then called customer service and they told me that there is problem and there are technicians working it. Still today almost 12 hours later the problem has NOT been fixed. I tried calling customer service it tells me all lines are busy please call again later and drops my call... really MTN... am not impressed why I should go through so much trouble for SERVICE I PAID FOR...!!!
