Scamed into a deal

I recently upgraded my daughters contract from a R75 top up to a R200 top up only to be paying R430 instead of the R200 and these phones are available on this contract. She was limited to the historic Blackberry Bold and now I am billed for it, I might add R159 a month. After receiving the bill I tried complaining to the local vodacom store and at a bigger branch only to be shown what I could be paying but this still doesn't sort my problem. This is not the only contract I have with Vodacom but it might be my last I like to budget for any long term expense and jumping from a R200 budgeted amount to R430 I don't know but the worst is the fact that no one can come back and explain how this still happens???
