Bad service - Cell C

I decided to get a new contract from Cell C as the call rates are the cheapest. After spending considerable time there completing all the necessary forms and have gone through a credit approval, they told me the phone that I want is out of stock. It might take two weeks to come. The next day (8/8), I was told that stock has arrived, but they are still busy unpacking, they will phone me and I can come and collect if I am still nearby. On 11/8 I phoned and were told that the stock did not come and that I must wait. Then I phoned again on 20/8 to be told again that the stock has not come.By this time I spoke to 3 different people at Tygervalley branch. On 22/8 I phoned Golden Acre branch and they confirmed they have the phone that I want and that I can fetch my forms at Tygervalley and bring it through to Golden Acre. I went to Tygervalley where they told me the phone has been discontinued for the past month and the previous 3 people did not know what they are talking about. I took my form at went to Golden Acre on 23/8. There they wanted me to complete all the forms again and go back to the bank to get 3 months bank statements again. What a waste of my time. I refused.
