Paying a fortune on fees in a year and not helpful

I paid almost 90% of my bill for 3 lines and then all lines are disconnected for R338.12 that can be paid early next week. I requested my July/August 2013 statement and received nothing in 72 hours. I spend between R36000 and R45000 per year with Cell C and this is the type of service one receive. I will definitely cancel my contract next year instead of renewing it with this attitude after being a customer for years. Also when all these new packages are promoted why do I not get the new benefits added on that package??? Where is this 15c/Mb billing on my statement advertised on the bill boards???

Big companies believe as soon as they have you as a customer they can treat you like dirt, I told the lady at Cell C today, I will not rate your service as there is no option for the service received. When I called on two occasions my 2 payments made in July was not even showing on the system!!!
