Bad Service i want to cancel with MTN

I called the MTN Direct upgrade division Monday passed to see if i could get a Samsung S4 mini for my wife at R289. Spoke to a consultant cant remember the name but i m sure you can see who i spoke to. I queried that i have never paid for a upgrade and she told me MTN has always been charging for a upgrade. I have asked that a manage call me and up until now no call. I called back the same Monday thinking i would just take the MTN contract as i was told the consultant will call me back until now nothing. its clear as day im making the correct decision to cancel my contract if i could please get some to call me to cancel and shift my number to prepaid.
