Phone choice change

I called in the morning to change my phone choice which I confirmed yesterday to change it and that was done, later on today I requested the same to be done as the I had made a final decision. I was told that that could not be done. I'm not happy with the service cos I cancelled what I had ordered yesterday but with the the one that was done today it was impossible be changed!
