Contract upgrade

I have 2 contracts with Cellc and on the first 1 i had an upgrade done in February. the 2nd contract is due for an upgrade in November. problem is i lost the 2nd phone and sim card so I can't remember what the number was. the phone that i was currently using broke and i need a new phone. i called Cellc on Sunday the 19th May and i was told that it would be possible for me to get an early upgrade on my 2nd contract considering that fact that i only have 6 months left and i have never skipped any payments. i was told that i would have to pay the outstanding amount left which is R161 and a consultant would call me back on Monday morning to assist further. nothing happened on Monday morning until I called cellc again at 12:30 on Monday and i was still advised that i would get a call back after 30 mins that day as an email would be sent to a retrenches consultant named Mandla. An hour passed by and nothing happened. i called them again at 2:30 and i was advised that he would call me back and still nothing happened. yesterday and i spoke t9o Mandla and he advised that he would give me a call back later as he is still waiting for his manager to approve the request. i haven't heard anythin
