Chat and Date service on Vodacom

On the 7 August 2013 this icon appeared on my phone. It wanted you to accept or decline. I did not make a choice as I was busy working. When i got back to the phone, and pressed decline, the phone message said that the message to activate was already sent for me.

This is unacceptable and should have my permission. If I am billed for this then Vodacom should release me from this.
