I logged a call me back on Vodacom website to 082 178 44 ordering a HTC one phone and no one contacted me back on 11/06/2013, ref: JH75B5
On 12/06/2013 around 11:00am I joined the online chat and spoke to Xolani and processed my order via telephone I then received a ref 14260869 advising the application has been approved. I also gave Xolani the MTN Sim card number as it was going to be ported from MTN to Vodacom on 13/07/2013. Xolani promised me that phone will be delivered next day 13/06/2013.
I called again on 12/06/2013 in the afternoon as I did not receive any follow up call from the courier or confirmation department and left a message for Xolani to call me back.
On 13/06/2013, I could not get hold of 082 178 44 but speak to Xolani online and he promised me that the phone will be delivered but no one has called me. I got different message from Vodashop Canal walk from Ashley when I redid another application. He advised me that is not possible for him to release the phone prior to activation for 13/07/2013. We both spent an hour on the phone and can not reach Xolani. I would like someone to call me and courier HTC to me or advise Vodashop in Canal walk to release it.
