Never ever Again

My wife went to Vodacom Capegate to renew her contract on the 31th of August 2013. Got the new phone Blackberry Z10 that day. Took Vodacom till the thursday the 5th of September to actually activate the phone.
Took the phone back to them on the friday evening as suddenly the phone says that she has no data and the salesman who helped her neglected to tell her because you are taking out the contract on the 31st the data will only kick in on the 30th of September. Great helping the customer there guys. Told the guys on the friday evening we dont want the phone anymore as we have seven days to return the unit is not satisfied, his answer you cant do that, but he will disable the data until the 30th of September and then she can use the phone again. For a month she does not use the phone as the data is disabled. Yesterday get message that the data is available . then an hour later the data is depleted. Now what I am doing is lodging a complaint with the NCR about the non acceptance of the phone when we told the sales assistant that we wanted to return the phone. Then the helpdesk tells us that the saleman was supposed to take the phone back when she gave it to them. Very bad service
