Good day,

I need to place on record I activated my debit order at the Gateway branch of which for the past two months has been fine. This month my line was suspended yet I called in and advised them that there are funds available. The agent who handled my call was not helpful as she stated that there was something wrong with my banking details. WHAT??? There after they still suspended my line!!! I call again after 8 spoke to another agent who firstly took his own time to call a manager! I then was put on hold for so long! I spoke to Gugu who stated to me that there was no managers on duty??? It's such a big company and there was no manager on duty??? Gugu could not answer my question as to what is wrong with my banking details??? As they were fine before. My request to her was have a manager call me which to date no contact has been made! Are your managers still off??? Please note I am a manager of a debt collecting company I am highly disgusted with the service provider.
