Call due to delivery of Pizza was not done, spoke to Amith (Manager) who stated that the delivery guy came to deliver however no one fetched the Pizza, explained that there was no contact made to us regarding the pizza and Amith then stated that They just wont deliver to my company again, very rude and abruppt, this has been a disgusting experience from an outlet and when i asked to get the owners details he then hung up and stated " you know what you know what you can do whatever you want and he will call customer care line and sort it out " people like this should not have a managers position as i feel that he is completely rude . called again and spoke to Judy who stated that the driver came twice (now who to believe Amith who said the driver came once or Judy who stated the driver came twice and also attempted to call however no miss calls on my phone .) sad to say but i want everyone to know how terrible they are and also refused to let me speak or provide the contact details of the owner of the outlet.
