Cellc stop call service already two days

address: Tamarack, homestead road, rivonia.
issue: Cellc 2G/3G stop services, have signal, but cannot make call or visit internet.
also always change to vodacom
cellphone: Iphone5
during time: more than two day, from Sunday morning to Monday night.
