1stly cell c listed me as a badpayer without even notifying me that a debit order doesn't go through every month, my line was never suspended and i did not get a single sms advising me that i had to make payments, the banking details on their system was incorrect and so was the debit date, i then called to get the cancellation fee on the 28th of April, paid my acc up and sent through all relevant details as per advised by the consultant i spoke to, then called them and asked for my contract to be cancelled emmidiately and my credit record to be updated or atleast get a letter advising that my contract with cell c has been paid up to date, i also sent an email stating all of this and the response i got from Rendani after 10 days of trying to cancel my contract and getting a paid up letter was that, i must see attached invoices as per request, to my surprise i requested for a pid up letter for heaven sake not invoices, i then called the call centre and spoke to a very rude consultant named Pamela, i asked her to put me through to a manager and she then decided to argue with me and drop my call. i believe cell c needs a better consultant than Pamela who understands customer service.
