CELL C SUSPENDS LINE FOR NO REASON

I would like to get in writing from Cell C why my line was suspended? My d/order is due on the 27th of July. Yet my account was suspended before the money was due. When I spoke to your call centre agents they said it is a precautionary measure and I need to present half of my outstanding bill before my line can be reconnected... WHY when my account is only due on the 27th? Why does Cell C need to take precaution against one of its own customers? Despite speaking to someone from your collections department (Noleen) once, who just advised me that the account was high, and spoke nothing of termination I was not duly informed that my line would be suspended at all. When I spoke to your call center agent on Sunday (Kurt) he advised that banking details would be forwarded to me via sms... I am still waiting for that SMS.
The number in question is 084 392 5742 Nowhere in my contract does it state that my account goes higher then a particular amount that the line will be suspended.
