Debit order failure fee, generally poor service

I contacted MTN early this morning to notify them that my credit card number had changed and hence change the details of my debit order. This was done, but I was then told that the debit order will still go off my credit card (which has now changed). When informing the call service agent of this he then stated that they will then change the debit order to my new account with an R11.00 charge for the failed debit order on the credit card. I informed him that I will not be paying this as I've given them advance notice of my banking details and requested to speak to a manager. After waiting for an extremely long period, the agent returned saying that his supervisor (I requested to speak to a manager) is not available and would call me back. It is now 14:08 and I have still not received a call. This is the second time that I've had poor service with regards to this. On a previous occasion, the debit order did not go off due to the service agent at the branch taking down the incorrect credit card details, but I was still required to pay the fee. I expect a call back that is in line with good business practice (6 hours later is not good service) with an answer.
