WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I PAID MY ACCUNT CASH AT THE BRANCH, THEY THEN SAID THAT MY PHONE WILL BE RE-ACTIVATED, I JUST HAVE TO SWITCH IT OFF AND ON AGAIN... DID THAT AND NOTHING... DID IT AGAIN AFTER A FEW HOURS THINKING THAT THEY ARE PROBABLY BUSY... STILL NOTHING???
PHONED THE BRANCH... AND NOW THEY SAY THEY DONT SEE ANY PROOF THAT I PAID I HAVE A SLIP WITH THE PMT NUMBER AND EVERYTHING!!! NO ONE THERE SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT THE THEY ARE DOING... THEY EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE WITH JUST THE WORD "HELLO" HOW PROFFESIONAL!!! MY PHONE IS STILL OFF BECAUSE NOT ONE OF THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE KNOW WHAT THE THEY ARE DOING!!! THEY SAY I MUST WAIT 24 HOURS AND IF MY PHONE IS STILL OFF I MUST PHONE THEM! IF SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENED WITH MY PREVIOUS SERVICE PROVIDER THEY WOULD SWITCH MY PHONE BACK ON AND IF THEY DIDNT RECEIVE A PAYMENT IN 2 DAYS THEY WOULD SWITCH IT OFF... AT LEAST THEY HELPED YOU!!! YOU MAKE MILLIONS..YET YOU DONT SEEM TO HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!! NOT HAPPY!!!
