My daughters phone was lost/ and we did a sim swop. The new sim since yesterday has still not been activated. I have contacted MTN directly and they asked me which branch and transfered me "somewhere" and I was told that it shows active on system so switch off phone and on again. That did not work so they said oh just wait another hour and that did not work. I phoned MTN president hyper that did it and they tell me oh switch off and on and that does not work and they say wait i will phone you back and they just dont! This is a contract phone what am I paying for?? I have 3 contracts there, why should I be treated this way.
