I made a payment at MTN vangate mall. I have 2 contracts with them however these contracts are not linked. So going into the store telling them I would like to make 2 seperate payments. They insisted that the contracts were linked and that one payment will cover bother. So I did what they said. Made one big payment to cover both installments. To my suprise my one contract is now suspended. The big payment I made is only showing on my one contract. I then called the call centre and spoke to Uyanda Thobejane, she says the big payment does reflect but I need to send the proff of payment before anything is done. As I wanted the amount to be reversed in order for this problem to be solved.. I don't understand why I need to run around faxing slips when I am not the one in the wrong. Because now it shows on my name at ITC that I'm a bad payer or a late payer. This is dam ridiculous. And unacceptable. MTN does not take responsibilities for the actions they still want the customers to run around solving things they messed up. I will not upgrade with MTN I have had more than enough problems with them.
