I bought a Blackberry 9300 last year at Total sports, in a month's time the phone was already giving me problems with the internet and it had videos which means that it belonged to someone before i purchased it.
I couldnt return it cz i moved to another province and i left the receipt there and as time went by the phone was giving me major problems with the buttons and it will switch off and on by itself and later on it will switch off and wouldnt switch back on, thats when i decided to go back to the freestate to get the box with all the docs, in april the phone was 10 months and i took it back to Total sports, at first they didnt want to book it, they told me that i dont have insurance then i fought with them told them its still on warranty and they took it and now the didnt fix it, they told me its liquid damage which isnt my problem as i t neva fell in water, it must be the problem with the previous owner so if i dont get help from Total sports im afraid il have to go to Speak Out for me to get help cz i paid for this phone bt now when they have to give me the best service they are come up with excuses. PLZ HELP!!!
