Sony ANd MTN teams up to get rich of one phone

Firstly; I have had numerous bad service from MTN Beacon Bay. I never get phoned to tell me whats happening, after being promised that I would. This store is sooooo dysfunctional its sad. The ques are always long and you wait forever. Secondly; I took in my Xperia V because it did not charge. After about two weeks I receive my phone back. I get in the car and plug it in the car charger to see if it works. Still did'nt. I then went back to the store and to tell them, they gave me another cable to check and told me it might just be too flat and has to charge a while. Which makes me think the technicians did'nt do anything. I eventually get it to charge but it only charged on the PC and not anywhere else. So i took the phone back the Saturday (because I cannot take time off from work every time MTN Beacon bay does'nt come back to me) Then on opening of the phone I was told they picked up physical damage all of a sudden and that I must now purchase a new handset..."this is unacceptable", I said... how come now all of a sudden the phone has physical damage. I handed the phone in the second time with the box it came back in the first time so that hey can see that it clearly states that
