I have for some months now been complaining about the poor 3G connectivity which I am exeriencing in Empangeni, to the point that I cannot reach my 2GB cap as a result of the problems which I have with MTN connectivity.
I have dealt with a number of people, Thembe from Durban, whose number is now apparently no longer aqvailable (031 502 8782), Willem Loots from Jhb (011) 912- 3000 and to date, some 4 months later, I am still in the same situation.
I have numerous emails to support my claim that I have been in regular contact with MTN.
I now want to terminate this contract.
