Fault 1061CRK291113: After a storm last Thursday our telephone/ADSL line was knocked out. I logged a call only to receive a sms this morning to say that everything is sorted. Unfortunately it's not. The line works intermittently and when it does work there is so much noise on it that a call is impossible and the Netgear router red light is on indicating no internet connectivity. The reason I am complaining is because earlier this year it took me over 3 months to convince Telkom that we had a similar problem, i.e. so much noise on the line that calls and ADSL connectivity were impossible. Please don't let this be the case again.
