Deteriorating internet connectivity

I signed up for the 10gig 3G promo a couple of months ago. It was really good, the service was fast and reliable.

Now it has become erratic, and frustrating. There is no internet connectivity, and then it comes back on but only for a few seconds, and then off again. I usually use the internet after work (7pm onwards on weekdays) and on weekends.

Is this type of internet connectivity set to continue? If so, I would rather not use 8ta... I was under the impression that I would actually have internet connectivity!
