Paying for DATA contract that i can't use

I logged a complaint through the cell c site on the 22nd Feb @05:47 and i got an auto reply that i will get a response with 48 hours - to date there has not been a reply to my complaint, just exactly as i don't have connectivity to cell c network. i called 084145 on 26 Feb 2013 to follow up on the progress of my query and i was put through to technical support call center, a lady by the name of Symbol advised that my query of the 22nd is with Admin dept but it should in fact be with network support and she immediately logged a call with reference number 1753492 she said turnaround time is 7 working days [HAHAHAHAHA]. i took a 24 month DATA contract (with this number 0747937129) and i am paying every month however i am unable to use the internet were i reside (even climbing on the roof did not help). what is amazing is that i can use the internet at any other place at anytime of the day at places like Johannesburg city, houghton and malls but i cannot get the same service from my house (17516, Arrow Street, Protea Glen, Ext 16, Phase 4) before 23h00 or after 07h00 weekends are the worst. resolve connectivity problem, or you can terminate my contract without penalties charged.
