With my Vodacom account being in arrears, my cell phone was suspended. I made an arrangement that I'd pay on the 16th August, but because it was 60 days in arrears, the system soft locked my phone in that I could receive calls, but could not make them. Being in the real estate business, my phone is vital for my business. After explaining my situation with Nicole, she very kindly opened up one of my numbers in order that I could still work. I want to say a very big thank to Nicole and Vodacom for being there for me when I needed them the most.
