Steeling Our Money!

In short I'd just like to say, that if I could change service providers I would do so immediately! Myself and many others I have spoken to, have found that our air time is vanishing without a trace! In large amounts and small. I have called vodacom, spoken to some lovely people that would like to help me but there is just no explanation to where my airtime is going. Most recent incident was yesterday, I went to the garage and they do not sell data argh so I had to buy R29 airtime. Later in the afternoon I put the air time in, went on the internet and research patterns for my aupair childs project. I did not download any images, open any pictures, I did not have Facebook or any other applications open, I do not have automatic updates, sync or anything else that could have used my airtime, and yet I YOU NOT, within a 5 min all my airtime was done! When talking to vodacom data they simply said it was used on internet use! DAY LIGHT I tell you! Before yesterday I have had amounts up to R300 that have vanished! Its disgusting! I wish I could afford to cancel my contract!!!
