I have been trying to cancel my Neotel contract for 3 months. The best I got was a very late reply by email stating that I have contacted the wrong department. And then I was told I had to wait for the 1st of the month again before I could cancel. When I did this, I got no response for 3 weeks, and at that stage all I got was a notification of my debit order that they will process.
I have now been debited for the month of June when I CANCELLED my contract on 1 June! This has resulted in a bank fee, and a headache for me to resolve. I take it Neotel will just continue to unethically debit me and avoid my cancellation hiding behind poor service and red tape.
