FNB has been deducting money off my cheque account for the past 5 months to settle an outstanding FNB credit card. I've been in contact with the lawyers (Ramsurjoo and Du Plessis Inc) and have made a payment arrangement. However, I have not paid the lawyers anything as FNB are making "DEMAND DEPOSITS" from my cheque account to pay the outstanding credit card. Funny thing is... all the monies taken from my cheque account does not reflect in the outstanding balance of the credit card, and at the same time, I'm having lawyers hounding me for payment.
5 months of payments equate to over just on R10 000, which does not reflect in the balance of the outstanding credit card amount. Please assist, or... I'll just be forced to close my FNB cheque account so that I can settle my debt with the lawyers.
