Edgars refuse to reverse interest

During October last year I bought a few items, but returned most of them. My balance increased by R205.67, but my instalment was increased by R160 from R770 to R930. After numerous calls to their call centre they decreased my instalment to R685, but only for one month. The next month it was R930 again. I decided to rather try and settle my account as soon as possible than to fight with the call centre each month.
In April my instalment was still R930, but I had a bad month and only pay R600 well in time. To my surprise they charged me interest on my next account. In May I settled my account IN FULL (R1086.36) deducting the interest of R26.52 as well as account protection plan R5.60.
I have sent them e-mails as well as an electronic query, but had no response. I also went to Edgars Woodlands Boulevard to see if they were able to assist me. The Admin Manager Eugene tried his best to solve the problem for me, but with no luck at all. They insist that I pay the interest and refuse to reverse the outstanding balance on my account which now stands at R46.68 as they keep on charging me interest and acc protection.
Can you PLEASE help me settle this acc as I am NOT going to pay it
