I cannot access my voice messages everytime i dial 100 or 111, it get a prompt voice that i have reached and invalid number or the person my trying to reach is unavailable. this problem persisted for some time (4months now) and i did call Mtn coustumer service line 173 a number of times to report the matter, non of the consultants could help me on this issue. even now i am still struggling to get voice messages however i receive notifications that i have voice messages and i should dial 100. i am tired of this why cant i get any response from Mtn on the issue. Last consultant i spoke to is KEM.
