MTN I tell you, I've been with them for a while now, I stuck up with the network issues but because I'm a loyal customer I was hoping things will improve. "MTN everywhere you go" MY FOOT. I live in Valorous and I hardly get two bars on my phone. I struggle to make calls because the network is always busy. When I'm able to make calls, my calls get cut due to "connection error". I miss a lot of my calls and my people live voice messages for me but when I dial my voicemail it says "you have reached and invalid number, please check the number and dial again". I called the Call Centre and some guy called Sizwe tells me they have a problem with voicemail and that he will reset my Sim Card from his system. So I switched off my phone for five minutes as he instructed and I dialled my voicemail again and to my expectation, I get the same error. Well this problem has been going on for weeks now so I didn't buy his. So I decided to buy a Cell C Sim Card just to check if it was a common problem but to my surprise, Cell C gives me full bars on my network, I am able to make calls, dial and listen to my voice messages. MTN's given me bad experience and I'm porting out to Cell C.
