No response on downgrade or cancel queries

I've contacted iBurst multiple times. My 2 year contract is up and I've used their contact form and emailed their [Email Removed] address multiple times to downgrade without any response. Lastly, I sent in a cancellation because their service is appalling. No response to that either. What terrible service!
