Voicemail Still not Working after 2 Years

Ever since I have Upgraded from my Black Berry to my IPhone 2 years ago, I could not get any voice mail on my Iphone. When I dial 100 it asked me to leave a message for myself and there is no way that I can get listen to my voice mail. I have logged numerous, been to 2 different MTN providers where they also logged calls, Received calls back from MTN and ask me to reboot my phone. But still no voice mail and It actually changed the message now tel tell me when I dial 100 that the person you trying to reach is not available. I am now Sick and tired of Calling the MTN Service Provider. The Service. I have Lost a lost of potential Clients because of them not able to leave messages so I can call them back. Unless MTN will compensate me for this bad service, I will definitely wait for my contract to run out and move over to CellC with there aggressive marketing and good pricing.
Utterly Disgusted: As Mentioned in my Query, When I dial 100, I do not get a Option to configure my Voicemail, I cannot listen to my Voicemail. What it is saying when I dial is the Following
THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS MOMENT, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.
