When I upgraded my contract, I requested that my Debit order date remain the same at the 25th of each month. For the past four months I have been financially challenged BUT made sure that ON THE 25TH THERE IS ENOUGH MONEY FOR ALL MY DEBIT CELL C INCLUDED.Around the 5th of the next month I received a message from CellC saying that my account is in arrears and my services will be suspended, 1st time I paid before that happened, the 2nd I paid just after that happened and it was reinstated. The 3rd time I DID NOT HAVE MONEY LEFT AND I CALLED IN TO SAY THIS AND ACCEPTED THAT MY SERVICES WILL BE SUSPENDED AND ASKED THE PERSON TO MAKE SURE THAT MY ACCOUNT IS DEBITED ON THE 25TH OF JULY 2013 FOR THE AMOUNT IN ARREARS AS WELL AS THE AMOUNT DUE! THIS DID NOT HAPPEN! I received a message on the 25th July2013 to say that payment was received and my service was reinstated. I took this to mean that both amounts was debited from my account as requested. Yesterday I received a message that the account was in arrears AGAIN! And that my service will be suspended if I don't pay. Now this becomes my PROBLEM because I don't have the money and will be without service for the rest of August PLEASE HELP
