Today i received a message saying that my account is in arrears and that my account will be suspended. I have had a debit order for years now. According to the sms if i don't pay the money into their account my service will be suspended.
I tried calling the contact centre TWICE and both times i waited for over 20min and there is just no answer.
I will NOT pay the money into your account. Why did i sign a debit order in the first place.
MTNSP should check their systems and call centre staff (if they have staff??? no one answers).
I was paid on the 25th and I still have more that enough money in my account to pay their bill. If my account is suspended or i get get a bad credit rating you will be hearing from my lawyers!!!
It seems as if I'm not the only one experiencing these problems. Bad service from day one!
