Me and my husband went to apply for a loan early November 2013. My husband get paid on the 25th every months and that is what was agreed upon with Capitec, they were to debit my husbands FNB account as that is where his salary gets paid. we noticed that they debited the account they opened for us at Capitec with the instalment on the 22nd of November 2013. We went to the branch to inquire about the debit we received no answer but were told we will be refunded with the money back into our account of which they did. on the 24th of November 2013 they then debited both our FNB account and Capitec account with the same amount of money and that is not even the 25th as agreed upon. this is just so low from them after they told us that we can use their savings account to cave money, they are now debiting every account they have access to and we are not even in arrears and worse they do not have answers as to why they are debiting way before time. we are now debited R3, 334.00 twice and are left with nothing for the rest of the month
