Horrible Ping

For 3 months running now we have contacted MWeb and spent countless time and airtime talking to there technical team. We have had a terrible ping and they respond the same way to reset and then blame the router. They then after realizing that was not the issue manage to drop our ping to reasonable amount. The story then begins in the beginning of the month, once the service is paid for, same story happens probably coincidence but for the ping to go up to 250 when should be 27 as we have 2mb premium uncapped line. this is ridiculous and has been happening for 3 months in a row. I understand that technical issues can happen on the line but for it to happen 3 months in a row and them still not to look deeper into the matter just shows how little they actually care.
